6. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering: Report suspicious activity per PMLA guidelines.
• Fraudulent transactions: Fake accounts or forged documents will lead to legal action.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Violation of Terms.
• Regulatory non-compliance.

30 days’ notice will be provided unless immediate action is legally required.

8. Disclaimers

• No fiduciary duty: We are not financial advisors.
• Technical issues: Not liable for losses due to Platform downtime.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by laws of India.

Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chh. Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.

10. Amendments

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
